The primary responsibility of a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition is to collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and support the business for future hiring needs.
You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. The recruiter has an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will report to the Head of HR & Resourcing.
The Recruiter should have a clear understanding of the companies’ business objectives and ultimately, work
to ensure Ergomed attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. He / she supports the Head of HR & Resourcing, as well as the Hiring Managers, Heads of Function and Office Directors, who will determine the level and type of resources required to select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet corporate / client / project objectives.
Designing and implementing recruitment strategies. This includes contributing to develop job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, reviewing CVs, shortlisting, interviewing and screening candidates.
Writing and posting interesting and capturing job adverts on market leading job boards to attract quality candidates and to increase brand awareness.
Ensuring notes and data are recorded accordingly on Ergomed’s tracking system to ensure effective candidate tracking.
Ensuring that right to work documents and reference checks are completed.
Pre-screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, included contract negotiations as required.
Managing and taking the lead when the company’s preferred recruitment agencies are required, for both permanent and contracting staff.
Continuously networking and developing relationships with all prospective candidates to build an internal database and professional network.
Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices
Promoting company’s reputation as best place to work
Resourcing and headhunting best candidates for roles in accordance with Ergomed needs by using using job boards, referrals and social platforms, as appropriate.
Candidate and pipeline management : Guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process.
Being aware of external market factors as well as new best practices / trends affecting recruitment.
