POSITION SUMMARY :
We are looking for a media planner with performance experience who is willing to dig into B2B online marketing solutions on multiple platforms.
Who has knowledge of display advertising, paid search buys, SEO and paid social. Your skill set allows you to analyse multiple factors in a paid media world and guide users through a journey, providing leads and valuable insights on their behaviour.
Previous experience working on the US market, especially in the IT industry would be highly valued.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Develop, manage & execute digital media plans (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, third party vendors)
Manage the day-to-day implementation, and optimisation of campaigns on multiple platforms
Execute B2B lead oriented digital projects from the media (tactical perspective)
Build custom target audiences across multiple platforms
Perform multiple tests & experiments on digital platforms with one crucial goal - lead generation
Consult on FM website & multiple landing pages optimisations and testing recommendations for campaigns
Plan, execute & analyse online B2B marketing projects as part of the marketing team
Work on multiple paid & organic lead oriented online projects
Work closely with external copywriters and marketing consultants, CEO and other FM experts (UX / UI & website developers) to plan projects & produce content for marketing distribution
Based on results, offer ideas on how to do things better (we are always open for innovative ideas)
Monitor daily and analyse performance trends and develop strategies based on the data
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing (SEM & Social Media)
Practical experience backed up with results in B2B result oriented online marketing activities and a will to create and craft solutions based on sales goals & guidelines
Experience in working with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Ads / Adwords, DoubleClick, CRM platforms, Facebook Business Manager, FB Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Hotjar,
Experience at lead generation digital campaigns, creating an online consumer journey
Demonstrated excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and successfully drive projects to completion under selected KPIs
Problem-solving attitude and the will to be part of a team
Interest in technology and tech industry
Great proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail
NICE TO HAVES :
Familiarity with SEO best practices, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase Pro, GA, CRM and marketing automation tools etc.
Knowledge of statistical analysis procedures and methodical documentation
Fluency in using G Suite & MS Office and a will to expand your skills
Master or Bachelor’s degree
