    Your detailed tasks

  • Initiation of new projects
  • Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate technical concepts based on the Project vision and Premise set.
  • Planning, proposal and realization of the e-Mobility, both vehicles and charging solution
  • Customer selection, consultation & analysis to judge whether their operation fits to e-Mobility
  • Creation of charging-related business models to compensate loss of customer service
  • Support marketing activities by acting intermediator between project and line functions
  • Definition of strategy, direction, concept and details of e-Mobility
  • 1.Product planning 20%

  • Define product specification and target performance
  • Coordination with LCM, R&D, Controlling & other project members for projects
  • Intermediation between project and line functions
  • 2.Market research & project management 25%

  • Analysis on markets, segment & customers, especially customer operation
  • Initiation of project as Sales sub-leader & reflection of customer needs on products
  • Management of cross-functional coordination internally and externally
  • 3.Customer selection & consultation 20%

  • Providing technical information & advise to customers / sales persons
  • Definition of vehicle allocation and charging concept by customers
  • Creation of technical document, including sales argumentation
  • 4.Proposal of charging solution for customers 20%

  • Creation of business plan for new market / segment entry
  • Organization of the projects and their initiation
  • Overall coordination with relevant line functions
  • 5.Sales support tool creation 15%

  • Creation of marketing plan for e-Mobility
  • E xperience

    Experience in product planning, project management, international business & marketing

    Special knowledge

  • Knowledge on product specification
  • Deep understanding markets & competitors
  • Sense of strategic thought with regard to product life cycle
  • Knowledge on Project management process
  • Communication skill & presentation in English
  • Language skills

  • Japanese level : Business level preferred
