Main purpose of this position is to support the Business Process Reengineering & project management for CPB Operations EMEA in order to achieve Operational excellence & align with Global process. Key Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of Onboarding department and broader organization
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service / function / product provided
  • Partner with the Ops product teams to update Operations process flows on a recurring basis
  • Develop improvement initiatives for streamlining the KYC and Onboarding process ensuring compliance with Policy and Regulations.
  • Participate on Global Committees and Projects to ensure the CPB is represented and that the CPB Onboarding model is considered when changes are being proposed / implemented

  • Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions you have made
  • Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendations
  • Improve EMEA Operational efficiency & controls for onboarding process in Citi Private Bank Operations
  • Gain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing your recommendations to the business
  • Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern
  • Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
  • Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues
  • Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation
  • Monitoring and reporting of UAT execution, UAT progress, Risk & issues if any for management Attention
  • Establish a consistent Issue, Defect and Incident tracking process for EMEA, in line with global standards
  • Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in financial or consulting industry, specifically within Operations
  • Project management / Business analyst experience required
  • Master’s degree
  • Track record of implementing operational metrics and dashboards to support strategic decision making
  • Strong familiarity with Process Management, process flow diagraming and governance, specifically within Operations
  • Experience program managing large scale global and complex initiatives and implementations
  • Ability to effectively partner with Ops leads and senior management and business counterparts
  • Strategic thinker and visionary who can also roll up sleeves to ensure proper execution
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated organization skills with the ability to multi task effectively in a high volume environment while maintaining adherence to deadlines and priorities
  • Self-motivated and directed, proactive and action-oriented, must demonstrate personal accountability
