Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to step up, building our commercial services capabilities in order drive portfolio and catalogue harmonization, standardization and adherence across respective Markets / Businesses and Commercial processes, data, roles & systems.
This will enable us to build the future of Services and Solutions delivery, shifting from transactional to long term / strategic relationships with our customer.
The CPQ Services Expert will ensure that commercial services processes are designed to integrate processes, systems and tools in order to improve our customers’ experience.
You will also drive adoption of new ways of working in CPQ management and monitor performance in our Business and Markets.
You co- shape the future services commercial infrastructure and specific process for all stages of the process life cycle.
You will act as process custodian, capture learnings, and actively share success within your network. In the role of CPQ Services Expert you will be responsible for Designing capabilities to technically (i.
e. process, data and tooling wise) create and maintain the Services offerings in the Philips Healthcare catalogue for configurable solutions sold via the One Global Enterprise Commercial Catalogue Supporting Services marketing team in defining and deploying the Global One Services Portfolio and during Product / Services Development Lifecycle Management process Translating Services Portfolio (marketing value propositions) into catalogue archetypes, capabilities and content Understand opportunities and limitations of current and future catalogue master data models in order to advise Services portfolio owners in alternative offering structures if needed Documenting Services specific catalogue requirements as input for strategic master data model updates Driving portfolio and catalogue harmonization and standardization of Services offering capabilities across global business, markets and functions Actively participate in the End to End (E2E) BPE Commercial Services network to ensure true E2E process flow across the value chain Close cooperation with BPE for Online Catalogue to synergize on similar or even identical standards opening the opportunity to switch or combine on- and offline sales channels We are looking for strong capabilities : Experience and knowledge of field-based customer service commercial processes (contract portfolio, configuration, pricing and quoting, renewal, conversion and win back) Service business experience preferred Working knowledge of Health Tech Service processes and technology would be an advantage Bachelor's or Master’s degree At least 5 years of CPQ or business lifecycle management experience in global company environment Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrix environment, with strong networking, role model, and change management skills Ability to think strategically and translate key objectives into operational plans to drive continuous process improvement Strong communication and influencing skills : Leading broad range of stakeholders, thought leadership and change management within a core process area and communication skills Business acumen : Credible outside perspectives on best practices in core processes and broad understanding of full range of businesses and the trends within own process area.
