For our Client, Shared Service Centre in Poznan, we are currently looking for AR Team Leader with advanced level of English to join a team of professionals.
Your new role
Working on this position you will be responsible for leading and motivating team members, setting KPI’s, maintaining and ensuring SLA’s, supporting the overall process design and the management of change requests as well as managing functional on-
boarding, training and development of team members.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on this position you should have at least 5 years of Accounts Receivables experience, thereof 1 year in a leadership role, as well as speak English fluently.
Moreover, you should have strong interpersonal skills including empathy, teamwork, facilitation and persuasion as well as strong organizational and analytical skills and be open minded.
