What do you need to start?

  • 2+ years of experience in implementations of enterprise scale solutions based on Microsoft and supporting technologies with major focus on O365 / M365 Transformations, VDI / WVD Transformations
  • Experience in designing architecture for EUS / O365 / M365,
  • Understanding of the key technologies relevant to Microsoft based solution including : AD / LDAP, Azure AD, SSO, ADFS, SAML
  • Microsoft Certifications : MCSA : Office 365, MCSE : Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, MCSA : Windows 10 or similar. Alternatively, candidate should be capable of passing the certification exams during upcoming 12 months period (Capgemini may offer relevant internal trainings)
  • Technical / Portfolio :
  • Strong technical depth in a EUS domain
  • Background from either run or transformation within EUS Domain
  • Strong connection to portfolio team for their tower
  • Good understanding of vendor and partner landscape for their domain / tower, including Capgemini preferred partners and products
  • Certifications and demonstrable / proven experience in their specialist area(s)
  • Ability to perform an architect level consulting and due diligence type work for complex deals to ensure smooth transition to actual delivery teams
  • Commercial :
  • ability to understand and identify non-standard requirements and / or draft Statements of Work / Service Level Agreements
  • Financial :
  • Costing skills and understanding of competitive benchmarks / metrics for EUS Domain
  • Customer engagement
  • Developing client facing skills
  • What duties will help you grow?

  • Focuses on a particular technical discipline within a tower / EUS area
  • Typically, either responsible for transition / run or transformation / implementation within area of expertise
  • Responsible for development of the specific solution within their domain in support the Portfolio Tower lead / Solution Lead
  • Solutions against client requirements within their scope as instructed Portfolio Tower lead / Solution Lead
  • Aligns the solution to the solution strategy and scope boundary defined by Portfolio Tower lead / Solution Lead
  • Provides detailed cost input for their area following the Cost to Win set by Portfolio Tower lead / Solution Lead
  • Works with other members of the bid solution team to align on common assumptions and to avoid gaps and overlaps
  • Clearly articulates the basis of any subcontractor / supplier quotes, including assumptions and exclusions and the validity period of pricing works directly with subcontractor
  • Solutions to the client SLA’s, and documents / agrees any exceptions from the standards
  • Input to Solution Artefacts (COST files, RAIDE, Solution Approval pack etc)
  • Reviews and inputs to the contract schedules, SoW, SLA etc where specifically directed by tower lead / solution lead
  • Contributes to proposal writing - aligned to sales strategy, themes, scoring mechanism
  • Supports Portfolio Tower lead / Solution Lead in the Sales to Delivery Handover (StDH) where needed
  • Good technical knowledge on similar portfolios available in the market with the ability to analyse, stich and customize some of the core portfolio services & solutions, as per specific client needs (not falling under the standard portfolio services & offers)
