Data Visualization &Analytics Lead for E2E Performance & Control Program, managing a team thatdevelops various types of data visualization and analytics projects, including(but not limited to) Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik dashboards, Alteryx workflows, andothers.
The goal of this role is to lead and motivate a dedicated team of datascientists to create consistent and non-redundant set of visualizations for ourinternal business partners.
Keep up to date with external trends and developments in the BI Tools space to consider how they can be applied to mature the existing visualizations, and lead any adoption and implementation efforts.
The End2End Performance & Control team uses Scrum methodology, which means cross-skilling and juggling multiple roles will be essential.
Working as a part of global and diversified team.
Collaborate with Business & Group Operations teams to understand lifecycle of a trade from an IT perspective and perform assessment of current state processes including data analysis, documenting process flows and system diagrams.
Collaborate with key partners in Group Operations, collating and fulfilling user requests, business partner and regulatory requirements.
Participating in requirement elicitation workshops to groom the User Stories along with the Product Management Group.
Identify, manage and escalate where appropriate project risks and issues associated to requirements gathering, analysis and design.
This position assumes thatthe vast majority of tasks will be entrusted with the expectation of fullindependence in their exercising as well as supporting the Scrum Master inleading Sprints and Releases.

You Offer
Keen interest in learning about business products and their lifecycle such as Bonds, Foreign Exchange, Cash Equities etc.
Experience developing Tableau dashboards and managing Tableau Sites.
Experience with PowerBI / Qlick, Linux systems / Bash
Experience scripting in Python
Experience with Alteryx
Experience in SQL, Hive, or Impala
Experience in working with large data volumes
Experience in working at SCRUM / Agile and willingness to juggle multiple hats / roles as member of the scrum team.
Familiarity with modern development practices such as Odyssey to cover JIRA, Confluence, Git etc.
Results-oriented individual with excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
Desirable :
Financial Product knowledge (eg. Equities, Cash Securities etc.)
Experience with Cloudera Hadoop infrastructure (Impala / Hive)
