This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base. The Role Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for internal stakeholders and with vendors
  • Setting up and managing vendor contracts and managing vendor engagements including brand building & internal and external events through the vendor
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts with new and existing vendors & sub-vendors and negotiating on events with vendors / sub vendors for internal & external events.
  • Ensure onboarding of vendor on procurements systems
  • Maintaining the hardcopy repository of all the vendor agreements
  • Check the contract expiry and proactively engage the requestor for renewal
  • Segregation of the vendors on the basis of spend value
  • Identification of the contract managers and the cost centre for all the vendors in the database
  • Ensuring that for all the services rendered by the vendors there is a proper agreement
  • Ensuring timely payment of invoices issuing by the vendors
  • Tracking budget vs spend and ensure spend adherence to budgets and highlight overspends in support functions Our Ideal Candidate
  • 4 to 6 Yrs of relevant experience in vendor management
  • Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task with tight lead times
  • Ability to work collaboratively within the team
  • Ability to operate in a complex multi-organisation, multi-country and multi-cultural environment
  • Communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Contract drafting skills
  • Academic or Professional Education / Qualifications : Degree or equivilent qualifications
  • Languages : English (Expert) & Polish (Expert)
