Do you have what it takes to take our influencer strategy to the next level? We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who is ready to bring their fresh, forward-thinking approach to the Brands Marketing Team.

While overseeing the end-to-end operations of our influencer marketing campaigns, you’ll participate in creating Tylko’s brand image and contribute to our brand awareness strategy.

You’ll need to be a motivated multi-tasker, as you’ll be responsible for significant budgets and large-scale projects. You will also need to analyse their results and report on them - all while establishing exciting, long-lasting relationships with a host of incredibly talented bloggers, artists and creatives.

Relationship Team

Relationship Team is responsible for the many ways Tylko engages with the world, and how the world interacts in return. In charge of organic social media and PR, this team sculpts the brand strategy while overseeing every piece of communication and content.

Brand Marketing Department

The Brand Marketing department is what gives Tylko a soul, a voice, and a story that allows us to set ourselves apart from the competition.

This team is responsible for developing a consistent visual identity and establishing how we communicate and engage with our audience making sure that we always stay relevant.

Every element of the team works together to deliver : brand campaigns (concepting, photoshoots, copy, strategy), target group research, marketing strategies, creative collaborations, content creation (for the newsletter, journal, and social media), influencer management, social media management, communication guidelines, and lots, lots more.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Building and executing the influencer strategy in line with the company-wide brand strategy, including clearly defined goals and objectives as well as measurable KPIs.
  • End-to-end management of all influencer collaborations - from reach-out and deal-making to final analysis.
  • Ongoing relationship building with our current and potential influencers - running the correspondence on a daily basis and keep them informed and in the loop.
  • Overseeing the budget and negotiating the deals based on the business plan.
  • Keeping track of the production and delivery times of the VIP orders with the Production Technology and Delivery & Services teams.
  • Running a calendar of publications dates in collaboration with the Social Media Team.
  • Organizing special events, product launches, and blogger activations together with our Art Direction, PR Manager, and Brand Manager.
  • Proactively researching new bloggers and influencers for potential collaborations. Updating the database.
  • Ongoing market research and trend analysis in the field of social media and the influencer community (you will be our 1st source of what’s hot and cool right now!).

  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in managing partnerships with influencers in a specific area of interest (preferably in the lifestyle or design industry).
  • Experience in planning, executing as well as evaluating the performance of influencer marketing campaigns on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Essential understanding of e-commerce and its KPIs.
  • Experience in creative send-outs, ambassadors programmes and / or special events is not a must but a big plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Brand24, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics and other social media analytics tools would be a plus.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends in social media and interest in all things lifestyle.
  • A great aesthetics sensitivity and ability to translate the brand image and style into creative collaborations.
  • Flawless communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (you will be leading projects with international talents on an everyday basis).
  • Self-starter approach and great organizational skills. This is an individual position so you will be required to take the lead of various projects and be able to deliver them on time and within budget.
  • Good at Excel and reporting. You can’t be afraid of graphs and numbers.
