Currently we are recruiting for the following position in our team :


Location : Opole, Opole Voivodeship, Poland

  • conducting selected recruitment processes
  • cooperation in recruitment teams
  • recruitment and selection of candidates for specialist and production positions to work in Poland
  • recruiting candidates on the basis of client orders (according to job descriptions)
  • analysing recruitment documents / selecting candidates / providing recommendations
  • maintaining contact (e-mail / telephone) with candidates at all stages of recruitment in
  • accordance with company standards
  • establishing, managing and effectively using a candidate database
  • conducting market research, testing new techniques and developing recruitment methods for
  • contacting candidates

  • 2 years of experience in independent recruitment and selection of candidates for specific positions
  • Polish language proficiency at min. B1
  • ability to communicate in Russian
  • English language skills would be an advantage
  • knowledge of tools and trends in the area of recruitment and selection of employees
  • result-oriented attitude
  • communicativeness and ability to cooperate with people
  • good knowledge of MS Office
  • an active B driving licence would be appreciated
