RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST WITH UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE
Location : Opole, Opole Voivodeship, Poland

RESPONSIBILITIES
conducting selected recruitment processes
cooperation in recruitment teams
recruitment and selection of candidates for specialist and production positions to work in Poland
recruiting candidates on the basis of client orders (according to job descriptions)
analysing recruitment documents / selecting candidates / providing recommendations
maintaining contact (e-mail / telephone) with candidates at all stages of recruitment in
accordance with company standards
establishing, managing and effectively using a candidate database
conducting market research, testing new techniques and developing recruitment methods for
contacting candidates
REQUIREMENTS
2 years of experience in independent recruitment and selection of candidates for specific positions
Polish language proficiency at min. B1
ability to communicate in Russian
English language skills would be an advantage
knowledge of tools and trends in the area of recruitment and selection of employees
result-oriented attitude
communicativeness and ability to cooperate with people
good knowledge of MS Office
an active B driving licence would be appreciated
