Employee's responsibilities :
Business customer service in French language
Daily work with SAP / Salesforce system
Willingness to grow in the customer service industry
Maintaining constant and professional contact with the customer
Performing activities, related to accounting,
administration or order processing
Creating reports for customer needs
Building a professional image of the company
The employer expects :
Knowledge of English and French (b2 / c1)
Note : knowledge of both foreign languages mentioned above required
Work experience in a position related to customer service
Ability to work in SAP / Salesforce system
Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure
decisiveness, responsibility and reliability in performing
daily duties
directional education or courses / training, will be an
additional advantage
