We have an exciting opportunity for atalented Analyst (Client Reporting / Performance) to join our team in Wroclaw.
As an Analyst you will provide highquality performance, attribution and risk statistics services to external andinternal clients, ensuring output is accurate and delivered within pre-defineddeadlines.
You will work closely with internal teams, external suppliers andother parties to provide a continuous high level of client service.
As a successful candidate you will begiven opportunity to acquire and develop knowledge from related fields :
Accountable for thetimeliness, accuracy and quality of reports based on client specific deadlines.
Provide effectivecommunication of all work undertaken. Keeping management fully updatedregarding any service delays or client issues by escalating promptly andproviding supporting information as required.
Action and monitor ad-hocclient requests through relationship managers and directly as appropriate.Track effort and monitor to successful resolution.
Conduct change managementactivities (e.g. new benchmarks, fund restructures etc).
Actively maintain accurateclient information held in the GRS databases.
A basic understanding ofInvestment Performance Measurement.
Finance / Statistics / Maths related experience or degree is preferred.
Experience in thepreparation of analytical or financial reports. Additional experience workingwith large and complex databases and an ability to understand how they function / interactpreferred.
Experience of usingMicrosoft Office products, in particular manipulating Excel spreadsheets.Utilising advanced functions would be desirable.
Excellent written and oralEnglish communication skills.
Proven organizational skills and ability tohandle high volumes with tight deadlines.
