Rockwell Automation is looking for an Electrical Engineer with digital electronics circuit design experience to join our Continuation Engineering team.
You will maintain and enhance PCBAs for some of our most critical products, focused mainly on hardware development and some embedded software effort.
As primary Product Line Responsible Engineer for these products, you will play a key role in ensuring consistent customer availability by monitoring and mitigating electronic component obsolescences - ranging from FPGAs and DDR memory to capacitors and resistors - responding to product hardware anomalies to ensure a high-quality and robust design is delivered to our customers, and analyzing PCBA circuit designs to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities while maintaining product specifications.
You will work on a team comprised of engineers across multiple disciplines (e.g., mechanical, ASIC / FPGA development, embedded software), project managers, product marketing, manufacturing, and quality organizations to steward a critical product line through its customer lifecycle.
The environment fosters a collaborative and innovative approach to work with teams across the globe. It is dynamic, fast-paced, and requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for developing creative solutions to complex problems.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop technically and take on increased scope and responsibility.

Over centuries, the world has evolved and advanced. New innovations change how we work. How we live. How things get made.
The next industrial evolution is here a new test of intelligence for humans and machines. Where breakthroughs are hard won and success requires sifting through overwhelming data for insights, clarity and confidence.
Rather than fearing change, we embrace its possibilities. We know how to connect the imaginations of people with the potential of machines to make the world work better.
More intelligent. More connected. More productive.
We stand with the problem solvers, the builders, the makers, the innovators because we belong to that community. And we stand ready to lead the way.
At Rockwell Automation, we are expanding human possibility.
