YOU AND YOUR TEAM
You will join the team of 18 colleagues based in Gdynia. On daily basis you will cooperate with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders, most of them will be located in different locations.
That’s why your language and communication skills are essential in this role. The Customer On-Boarding Specialist (COS) is responsible for onboarding new users or clients to REFINITIV products and services.
COS works closely with the client during the implementation phase to ensure the timely delivery to the billing of the client’s order.
COS will own end to end the project associated with client implementation or migration activity. They will plan the project and monitor it from order to delivery and billing release.
COS will work in closely with other Professional Service and Client Implementation teams to coordinate activity and share information.
The key focus of the role is to maintain efficient communication with all internal and external participants during implementations to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
Confidence in both written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders, particularly within the Sales and Account Management organization is essential.
Occasionally, COS must be confident to meet on-site with client stakeholders to plan implementation, migration or communicate forthcoming product changes.
