About the project
You will be accountable for the Solution Design and Architecture of IPF Digital’s Front-End technologies and will ensure that designs and roadmaps are effectively documented and communicated to the Architecture community and development teams.
You will ensure the delivery of the IPFD Front-End solutions are in line with the IPF Digital business needs and selected technologies principles.
Also, you will take technical leadership over Front-end competence area.
Your responsibilities
Contribute to architectural design and review technical designs
Translate high-level architecture designs into detailed solution designs
Support Feature Team Tech Leads to find best possible architectural solutions for their business domains
Produce, manage and share documentation of and standards for frontend architecture artefacts
Evaluate new frameworks and tools that can be integrated into the existing applications
Support architecture transition through analysis to design and delivery for both new projects and Business as Usual
Ensure sufficient quality and accurateness of the frontend services catalogue
Collaborate with IT delivery teams provided by a 3rd party provider
Aid stakeholders to find an optimal approach to implementing frontend solutions
Work with colleagues across the IT Operations team to ensure alignment across IPF Digital
Our requirements
5 Years of experience working with distributed architectures and developing distributes systems
Familiar with software architecture patterns for frontend development
Experience designing system communication and frontend services
Practical knowledge with frontend frameworks like NodeJS, React, Next.js, TypeScript
Able to present and document clear architecture models
Designing system communication and frontend services
Modelling and documenting frontend architecture and service catalogue
Proficient in designing REST APIs, Backend for Fronted
Work for international cross-cultural organisations
Experience in the financial services industry is considered an asset
Practical knowledge with frontend frameworks like NodeJS, React, Next.js, TypeScript
Strong knowledge of PWAs, SPAs, and web development fundamentals
Expertise in performance optimization : Caching, minification and bundling techniques
Expertise in bandwidth optimization
Experience in using frontend monitoring tools to troubleshoot errors and recognise performance bottlenecks
Good understanding of Agile development methods
Knowledge of global cloud infrastructure : AWS is considered an asset
Knowledge of frontend automated testing approaches is considered an asset
