As an IT System Analyst in our company, you will work with Kuba, our Head of Product Design Team, who will take care of your development and job satisfaction.
You will also be in close contact with other business and system analysts, as well as with the UX / UI Design team. Your role will be mainly to cooperate with the development team and client to translate requirements into system designs, participate in Product Discovery workshops with clients, and prepare documentation of the designed IT system (clear, complete, and testable User Stories), backlog management.

What you should be able to do?
2+ years of commercial experience in a similar position,
Experience in defining User Stories,
Experience in analyzing and documenting IT system requirements,
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies,
Fluency in English (min. B2),
Fluency in Polish (min. B2).
Nice to have
Understanding the nature of the developers’ tasks,
Experience in product analytics (e.g. Google Analytics),
Basic knowledge of UX / UI,
Good knowledge of new technologies, mobile and web solutions,
Experience in designing IT systems’ architecture.
