Scrum (advanced)

Participate pro-actively in the planning of releases

Continuously align progress with team and management

Ensure the scrum process is followed efficiently and remove barriers

Participation in the project for global companies from the media industry

Facilitate the software delivery in multiple distributed cross functional teams

Tracks and reports key project metrics, informing stakeholders as appropriate

Guiding the development team on how to get most value out of self-organization

Coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization

Wymagania

2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for more than one team

Fluency in English all communication in the project is in English

Working experience in Jira and Confluence (or equivalent)

Certified Scrum Master and other Agile certifications

Strong facilitator

Nice to have :

Working knowledge of different scale agile development models is a plus

Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry
