To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for an Internal Organisation Officer (Policy Management and Recertification).

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

The Key Person will ensure Management and support of internal processes within UI Group.

These include in particular :

1. Policy&Procedures Management :

o Creation of new internal policies&procedures (RL, OAW, AAW) in coordination with the UI Locations and departments, including quality assurance and approval procedures by the management.

  • Procedural documentation, publication on the intranet and versioning "Internal Policies&Procedures";
  • o Regular reviews of the "internal policies&procedures" (timeliness of existing RL, OAWs or AAWs as well as templates).

    2. Authority Management :

  • o Management of the DV authorizations for the IT systems in use at UI, in co-operation with UIS Application Management and including the recertifications and documentation;
  • o Management of all workflows related to setting or changing access rights to IT systems for employees.

    Qualifications, Experience / Skills and Key Competencies

    Requirements :

    The successful candidate will bring the following :

  • Knowledge in authority management / recertification processes;
  • Good technical background;
  • Strong organization and / or project management skills;
  • Hands on mentality.
