Providing general office administration services including guest coordination and other processes
Acceptance of booking of conference rooms
Coordination of conference rooms preparation
Organization of internal and external meetings / events according to request
Ordering catering for meetings and events
Cooperation with local receptions
Cooperation with external suppliers, building security and reception
Guest list preparation and sending
Providing daily support for Administration Team
Bachelor's / Master’s degree
Very good English, both written and spoken
Very good knowledge of MS Office tools : Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position
The ability to use a computer and office equipment
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Problem-solving attitude, process oriented, able to work within deadlines
Positive approach and stress resistance
Ability to work in a team
