Main purpose for the position
Act as the vital link and business enabler between BI capabilities / solution and its business objectives delivering concrete value to the business.
You will be the change agent’ in ISS to foster a robust BI culture and challenge the current analytical / BI framework to ensure continuous improvement and best in class BI.
Your key responsibilities will be
Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to identify business needs, develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
Governance, operations and maintenance of designated BI Solutions to businesses and corresponding customers covering reporting framework, processes, training and standard reporting
Engage BI Community and its users
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis
Project management of deliverables / BI projects
Customer stakeholder engagement as deemed relevant
Professional Qualifications
Similar experience / position held in global or large companies
Preferably a degree in Accounting / Economics, IT related courses
Proven experience as a business analyst with analyses resulting in actual business value
Sufficient understanding and experience of business, operations and its processes in general
Self starter and proactive in identifying business needs, opportunities and solutions for the business
Solid background as a business analyst particularly challenging business requirement, ability to translate requirements into BI solutions
Solid working knowledge of data, insights and report development using reporting tools Tableau or PowerBI
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Good stakeholder engagement and project management
Personal Qualifications
Interpersonal ability to maintain effective communication with multiple people from different departments
Strong self-starter and proactive in identifying needs and opportunities for innovation and business value creation from data
