Sourcing and Recruitment Trainee
Are you keen on starting your adventure in sourcing and talent acquisition?
We are looking for fresh talents with whom we will share our experience in recruitment. During your internship you will learn from a scratch or broaden your knowledge on what makes a great recruitment process and candidate experience.
We will show you how to identify and attract desired talents and which tools are the most effective for each search.

What will be your responsibilities?
collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team to forecast and determine open positions, understand position requirements, and candidate success profiles
building Talent Pools of candidates in specific specializations and locations by tactical research, referral generation and different sourcing methods and networking tools
proactively searching for, identifying, networking with and directly contacting active and passive job seekers, sourcing the very best candidates using a variety of channels
strategizing different ways to build talent pipelines and implementing your own ideas on how to attract suitable candidates
designing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business grown needs and generate diverse pools of applicants
finding, engaging, and activating passive candidates through alternative search techniques, e.g. Direct Search, Boolean search, or head-hunting
screening resumes / applications in the Application Tracking System, pre-interviewing candidates and arranging meetings with Hiring Managers
creating and uploading advertisements on different job portals or career offices
regularly tracking pipeline activity and preparing different analyses or reports
enthusiastically recommending and driving process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement
You would be a perfect fit if you :
are passionate about HR / Recruitment (first experiences in this area are welcome, but not required)
want to develop and undertake new challenges at work
show ease of establishing relationships and networking
know Polish and English at a communicative level (min. B2)
are available full-time (40h per week)
show independence and good organization of work
have the ability to effectively manage your time and assigned tasks
possess strong attention to details & communication skills
are distinguished by proactiveness, initiative and resourcefulness in action
have good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
are a graduate or student of one of the following fields : Human Resource Management, Psychology, Administration (considered an asset)
