Dispatcher - Contingency
Dispatchersperform a full range of radio and telephone operational duties in this 24-hourfacility. Dispatchers are required to process and prioritize incoming calls forpolice, fire and EMS assistance.
determine priorities, and dispatchpolice, fire ambulance or other emergency units as necessary and in accordancewith established procedures.
Receive and process 911 emergency calls, maintaincontact with all units on assignment, maintain status and location of policeand fire units.
Monitor direct emergency alarms, answer non-emergency calls forassistance. Enter, update and retrieve information from a variety of computersystems.
Monitor several complex public safety radio frequencies. Operate avariety of communications equipment, including radio consoles, telephones andcomputer systems.

Mustbe able to get a CAC or Token CAC and restricted Military Email. Must have DOD
TelecommunicatorI & II, HAZMAT Awareness and CPR courses and experience working in a Fireand Emergency Services dispatch or other emergency dispatch role.
Candidatemust possess a Secret Clearance
