On behalf of our Client, a global banking investment company located in Warsaw, we are urgently looking for a person to hold the position of Payroll Specialist with English.
Main responsibilities on this position will include preparing and managing international payrolls (including Poland) in relation with payroll vendor, maintaining information and monitoring any changes affecting the payroll, coordinating local filing requirements for payroll reporting.
Payroll Specialist will be a subject matter expert for entire regional payrolls and handle queries from employees and clients.
Moreover, you will cooperate with multiple teams across the firm and seek opportunities to improve the work. Payroll Specialist will report to Payroll Manager located in the UK.
We are looking for a person who has minimum 2 years of experience in payroll function, gained in SSC / BPO. Proficiency in business English is required.
Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel, and previous experience with PeopleSoft will be a huge advantage. We are seeking well organised and business focused candidates with strong teamwork attitude .
