For our Client a global technology company that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services we are currently looking for candidates with foreign language skills.

You will be responsible for :
Reporting problems from Customers, Client’s Employees
Handling incoming phone calls / e-mails from customers,
Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries,
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction,
participation in department projects.
Processing customers' data,
Your profile :
Fluent Czech and English (at least B2+),
Willing to work in a shift based work schedule (24 / 7),
Perform validation by calling if required,
Good communication skills and attention to detail,
Technical support or other problem solving experience - nice to have.
