We expect you to have :
over 2 years professional experience in IT recruitment area in Ukraine
bachelor's degree in management, sociology, psychology or similar
high degree of professionalism and confidentiality
experience in using creative sourcing methods including internet sourcing techniques, referral management
ability to be a multitasking person and work with many threads at the same time
energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
flexibility and ability to priorities in order to achieve goals
initiative and proactivity with the ability to work autonomously and push things to move forward
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
