In DWP we support clients in process and technical areas by managing IT systems and applications. We manage problems reported by clients coordinate them from the diagnosis to the solution.

We serve among other technologies such as : Microsoft, Landesk, Citrix, Active Directory, Airwatch, MobileIron, GOOD, RES, Linux.

  • Apart from the introductory training and the opportunity to improve both your social and technical skills, you will gain access to internal and external certified courses, giving you a chance to develop in several directions within the company :

  • Team leader : License 2 Lead, Manager on Duty, conduct coaching & mentoring
  • Project coordinator : PRINCE2, Agile, PMI
  • Process manager : ITIL (foundation & intermediate levels), License 2 Deliver
  • Very good (min. B2) spoken German and English
  • Good understanding of English will be a plus
  • Experience as 1st or 2nd line support engineer is mandatory
  • PC, printer and networking troubleshooting skills
  • Ambition to learn new products and skills and maintain a strong working knowledge of supported systems
  • Windows knowledge - Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • MS Office 2010 / 365, MS Outlook / Exchange knowledge
  • Good diagnostic, analytical skills & problem solving skills
  • Support should be provided in German according to customer needs
  • Ability to achieve Key Performance Indicator targets
  • Motivation to learn and work
  • to be self-starter and eager to improve their technical skills
  • Flexibility, passionated about IT world and having sense of humor
