The New Client Onboarding Team Leader will lead a team of specialists to ensure efficient and optimal onboarding of new clients to TMF with special focus on data completeness and integrity, solution design and test run.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for planning and delivering new implementations, in line with committed schedule and budget
Accountable for pricing of implementation cost and time, allocating resources and escalating risks
Leading and / or coordinating implementation projects for local and global deals
Keeping up to date with changes in legislation that may impact how TMF is onboarding and integrating with new clients
Supports Sales organization by participation in Client meetings.
Ensures a commercial and client focused culture though strong understanding of the client value proposition and at all times ensuring high standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance are achieved
Collaboration with the Business Development team, providing professional support when needed. Monitoring new contracts
Organizing back-up system in case of absence or replacing direct reports in the respective team in case of absence.
Ensuring seamless collaboration within the team, with affiliates, within the department, local and regional leaders, and with regional function colleagues in local and foreign offices.
Accountable for enhancing operational efficiency and process optimization
Effective change management, sharing the best practices and empowering people to seek new potential ways to deliver onboarding activities more effectively
Key requirements :
At least 5 years of experience in system integration and / or client onboarding
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
Master degree (preferably in administration, economics, management, law or related field)
MBA or postgraduate studies from HR and Payroll / Accounting & Tax or management area is an advantage
Proficient knowledge of HRP processes, systems and tools
Advanced knowledge of Enova and other payroll and accounting systems
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Experience in optimization projects and knowledge of lean management is an advantage
English at minimum level of B2 with knowledge of technical vocabulary
Second foreign language is an advantage
