Customer-to-Cash is all things customer. This team, currently made of 45+ experts, is dedicated to strengthening sales performance across our West European markets through a variety of client-front commercial and finance processes by deploying an end-to-end perspective towards work organisation.

  • Your responsibilities will include

  • building and developing the team and infrastructure to implement and maintain best practices;
  • ensuring delivery of Order Management and Customer Service (including Invoicing and Dispute Management) processes in scope of GSS and the BPO partner in India in accordance with Service Level Agreements;
  • overseeing documentation update cycles in the team;
  • motivating the team to achieve both individual and team objectives.
  • We are looking for a person who

  • has a Master degree in a relevant field;
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience within people, project or process management;
  • 2-5 years of operational experience within Sales or Finance areas;
  • demonstrates natural communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
  • has an excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • navigates easily in Office365 environment and has an advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel;
  • has previously worked with SAP;
  • demonstrates strong analytical skills, is able to think critically, and shows assertive attitude.
