This role is to act as in-house commercial contracts specialist as part of an active and engaged team committed to enabling Eurofins’ continued commercial success.
The role requires a pro-active professional with commercial law experience and good business acumen to provide commercial and contract law advice to the Eurofins purchasing team and Group leaders.
In consultation with the Group General Counsel and the global legal team, the future Commercial Contract Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing legal aspects of business relationships materially with suppliers in a fast growing decentralized group of companies.
