As a Senior Privacy Compliance Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with Privacy related policies and standards.
This is a role which sits on the cutting edge between privacy and security as its focuses on the data protection elements of privacy : ensuring adequate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, preventing data breaches, educating employees on preventative measures, and responding to incidents when they occur in a timely and effective manner, coordinating with various teams to mitigate risks.
This role also will have a focus on upgrading processes for efficiencies. This will include the conducting of (organizational) risk / prioritization assessments, business case building and deployment of privacy tools and standardization mechanisms to streamline privacy efforts across the organization, ensuring organizational engagement and education along the way.

e. conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)Define, develop and or refine privacy and data protection measures in an effort to standardize day to day handling of privacy topics such as the handling of Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and Incidents, including the co-ordinational lead of such activitiesCollaborate with IT, Security and Privacy to ensure risk assessments and additional measure deployment for international transfers, where applicableServe as a coordinating lead to create an inventory of possible privacy tools, engage in vendor discussions, collect and negotiate pricing proposals and deploy tools of choice and / or help build streamlined internal tooling solutionsAct as a project manager to implement new tools and / or approaches of work, keeping track of milestones and ongoing activities and work with others to educate relevant stakeholdersPrepare training and communication materials on privacy & data protection topics in collaboration with others and ensure deployment in e-learning or other environmentsEnsure up to date inventory of the latest privacy policies, standards, procedures centrally and regionally / locallyStructure and mature risk assessment frameworks based on organizational information gathering and take a coordinating role in remediation of risksWork in close cooperation with the Privacy Office on the contents and implementation of directives, policies, processes, standards & guidelines as well as the definition and execution of the necessary controls to ensure complianceCollaborate with Chief Privacy Officer on M&A Due Diligence and remediation needsYour qualificationsBachelor's or Master’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience years of experience with various privacy & data protection legislation years of experience as Compliance / Legal / IT Manager / coordination leadExcellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keepingAn analytical mind able to see the complexities of procedures and regulations , IT components and processes, understand risk assessments and remediation approachesAbility to understand and work with technical tools and project manage deployments Excellent communication skills and outstanding command of entire Microsoft Office What you’ll get in return We’re offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
