Job Description
As Supply Network Planner you will be responsible to grant the Supply for a Business Division, in order to achieve our Service target, keeping an optimal stock level in the network, avoid Inventory losses, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in Service, Inventory, and Cost.
What You Will Do :
Preparing master production schedule, weekly manufacturing and Purchasing plan
Middle and short-term capacity management of Supply
Setup / phase-out of items in the planning system.
Create stock transfers to mitigate shortages and overstocks.
Liaise with country planning & manufacturing plants to improve the plan
Organize and drive proper product life cycle management with local demand planners.
Analysis of risk inventory and propose structural fixes to it.
Work on creating inventory reports and actively taking part in various projects.
Analyze and maintain data in supporting databases.
Analysis of net production requirements generated by APO vs available capacity
Adaptations and rebalancing of production plan to ensure feasibility whilst aiming to deliver target service levels
Identification of gaps in the plan (vs business requirements), and of supply risks related to the final production plan
Co-ordination of the development and execution of actions to address such gaps and risks.
What You Will Need :
Fluent English language skills B2 level with advanced vocabulary
Bachelor’s degree (Technical, Logistics, Economics is an advantage)
5-years work experience in Operational Planning, Demand or Production Planning is a must
Very good knowledge of MS Office Excel is a must
Very good analytical and reporting skills
IT Experience with SAP (SAP APO) or other Information Systems / Data Warehouses
Knowledge of VBA / MySQL is an advantage
Keen perception
Highly organized and proven reliability
Ability to work in a multinational environment
APICS certification is a strong plus
