Summary

The TSA is member of a lean-agile team who supports different business critical applications on a 24 / 7 rotation scheme.

About the job

  • Solve operational issues and incidents across the applications
  • Perform service request tasks coming from the Service Desk (i.e. access management for applications)
  • Participate to the Agile-Kanban events with the team (Dailies, Retrospective)
  • 24 / 7 support (only for Major Incidents)
  • Coordination of knowledge sharing with rest of the team, creation of knowledge articles
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
  • To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
  • To allocate more complex service issues to the relevant IT Support groups
  • To arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house
  • About you

    Experienced in the IT field as a supporter (1st or 2nd line) Fluent English Very good Team Player Systematic and organized with motivation to learn and share Can work effectively under a time-pressure Able to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.
