You will be responsible for :
preparing and executing digital & social media strategy for three brands & integrating digital activations in broader marketing plans to support key business objectives,
preparing a strategy and ensuring strong execution of campaigns across various media - email campaigns, nurturing campaigns, landing pages, social media, paid media, paid and organic search,
publishing & engaging with consumers : developing, adapting & posting content, monitoring conversations and managing responses in social platforms,
defining processes for campaigns to ensure they are instrumented correctly (e.g., redirect links, referral sources, funnel flow, etc.
to enable full-view reporting and optimization,
Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed,
Collaborate with other companies to create innovative content ideas
driving accurate reporting on performance across campaigns, channels and assets and making recommendations for improvements and adjustments to marketing mix.
Your experience and skills :
openness, analytical mindset, to-do approach with focus on finding solutions, innovation & creativity in a dynamic environment, copywriting skills will be an advantage,
3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing / marketing automation,
past responsibility for defining and implementing KPIs, analytics, reporting and related functions, for optimizing campaign performance and conversion with a strong focuson multitouch campaigns with retargeting,
great understanding of social media platforms, Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, with an ability to prepare media ad strategy for multichannel campaigns,
very good English,
ability to work independently and to conduct own projects for several brands.
