Basic banking is difficult to acquire for migrant workers coming to Europe. Thus, we are looking for a Go-to-Market Manager who would empower employment agencies to open up salary accounts and issue debit cards for their migrant workers.

As a Go-to-Market Manager you will be reporting to our Lead Product Manager for Spend, and you will be responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with employment agencies that are hiring migrant workers in CEE (with a particular focus on Poland).

You will be working in the Spend team that is responsible for laying down the foundation for a Neobank for migrants. We expect you to help the team grow our agency count to 10 by the end of this year.

You will be helping the Spend team in its Product-Market fit discovery process by :

  • Monitoring agency worker onboarding and TransferGo card distribution processes to uncover any challenges employment agencies are encountering;
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing employment agencies with an aim to discover potential business opportunities;
  • Researching the employment agency market to produce leads for more agency partnerships;
  • Creating and maintaining a feedback loop with the broader Spend team to improve the agency worker onboarding and card distribution processes, as well as relationships with employment agencies.
  • Here’s what we’d love from our new Go-to-Market Manager for Spend :

  • You focus on outcomes, not output;
  • You have good time management and prioritization skills;
  • You leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform your insights and decisions;
  • You are very sociable, display excellent communication and relationship building skills;
  • You are fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian languages, and can converse and do research in Polish.
  • It’s a big plus if you :

  • Have project or account management experience;
  • Have business development or sales experience;
  • Have worked in and / or understand business-to-business (B2B) business model.
