The Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Operations & Infrastructure to manage a portfolio of communications platforms including the Bank’s intranet (the Bridge), email communications platform (Poppulo) and live survey tool (Pigeonhole).
  • Work with technology & innovation engineering team to drive improvements, automate processes, deliver system integrations and customise the platforms to improve functionality.
  • Support measurement of the platforms and channels, ensuring there is adequate data and analysis to drive improvements and influence future decision-making.
  • Be a strategic advisor to the internal communications team, ensuring communications strategies are in place for technical changes which support colleagues through times of change.
  • Manage relationships with the platform software providers.
  • Support the intranet community manager to execute the book of work, ensuring end users are supported in their use of the tool and the integrity of the platforms are maintained through proper housekeeping initiatives.
  • Work with the production support services team to ensure the platforms remain stable, priority bugs / issues are resolved and service reviews are conducted with supplier.
  • Support the Head of Operations and Infrastructure to manage any cyber security or compliance issues, ensuring the platforms are managed in line with Bank’s policies.
  • The Role is part of Operations and Infrastructure team which sits within the wider Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing Chief Operations Officer team.

    Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing is a Support Function which delivers communication and marketing activities to a broad range of stakeholders, including clients, employees, investors, governments, regulators and communities.

    Please note it’s a maternity leave cover with a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

    Requirements :

  • 4-5 years of experience in managing digital projects, especially in an internal communications capacity
  • Hands-on experience in managing Jive Software (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in working in an international organisation
  • Proficiency in English
