In this role, you have the opportunity to
manage the volume planning process across selected product categories.
This role facilitates accurate account planning and customer account planning as well as leading Sales Inventory & Operations Planning process (Forecast2Plan).
It is also essential for bridging gaps between forecasts and delivery at an operational level meaning more focus on core collaborative KPIs : Forecast accuracy, OnTime-
InFull & On Shelf availability.
You are responsible for
Weekly exception based review and adaptation of short term demand plans in JDA using relevant inputs ensuring planning systems to be updated at any time.
Prepare and facilitate CFRM (Customer Forecast Review meeting) and BIM (Business integration meeting) to allow decision taking on the final demand plan, highlighting issues like excess stock, constraints etc.
Maintain / control PHIO plans, highlight issues of supply-demand discrepancies.
Review current and projected excess and ageing stock and drive PDCA.
Become the centre of competence for forecasting and promotional planning.
You are a part of
Operations team working closely with our sales and marketing organisation in Personal Health division.
