Currently, we are looking for the Technical Sales Representative who will be a part of our Seeds Business Unit. You will be generating farmers’ demand for Field Crops Seeds in the assigned geographical area, according to the Activity Planning prepared with Sales effectiveness manager to achieve sales and marketing targets assigned by Sales Head.

We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help :

  • Deliver sales and business targets of Corn, Sunflower, Oil Seed Rape and Cereals within the Sales Area
  • Manage assigned customers to execute the sales campaign in the area, including farmers reservations converted to orders, transactional activity, money collection, and customer claims management
  • Provide farmers with post-sales support in agronomics, crop management and product use, according to company guidelines and marketing plans.
  • Be the 1st point of contact in case of claims

  • Monitor the status of the assigned customers, their sales, stocks during the season and regularly collect and report market intelligence and relevant value chain insights.
  • Execute demo and promo fields in their area, including field visits and events with farmers and customers
  • Prepare the Seeds demand’s forecast in their area, reports supply and logistic issues
  • Promote targeted CP products defined beginning of the season
  • Essential for this position

  • Sales driven mindset
  • Target-oriented, focused on goals and with strong execution discipline. Time management is a must
  • Agriculture background needed with the willingness to expand skills in agronomy, farm management, fields crops and product knowledge
  • Understanding the competitive environment, the trends in the sector and in the assigned zone
  • Excellent interaction capability, strong communicator, empathetic
  • Capable to work in team
  • Negotiation and sales skills, understand customer’s needs
  • Good computer skills to manage CRM activity
  • Driver’s license
