Job Summary :
The main idea of the role is to hold overall responsibility for commercial / equipment sales and customer development in Poland (wielkopolskie), by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and collaborating.
Key Responsibilities :
Encourage customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and customer assistance
Develop and strengthen relationships with customers through regular customer visits
Day to day selling activities i.e. identifying sales opportunities, qualifying them, preparing proposals with the help of Sale Support Team and presenting them to the customers, following up on them, negotiating price levels and terms and conditions within the company guidelines and assigned limits, acquiring orders
Develop the best total solution to the customer, collaborating with other departments where necessary
In close collaboration with other departments and employees to continuously grow the level of customer satisfaction in the assigned territory, by ensuring overall superb customer experience
Develop and implement business and account sales
Constantly monitor market trends and benchmark against competitors in the assigned territory, feed this information back to the management
Education : Technical Degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience : Proven experience in the area of sales, preferably in HVAC equipment area
Languages : Polish fluent and English at least on communicative level a must;
Skills : computer skills capability of using MS Office and internal company systems
Soft skills : communicative, open-minded; driven for success, ready to negotiate with the customers; good at building long-
term relationships with the cooperates
Level of traveling : 80%
