We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter who will provide ongoing support for GlobalLogic Germany.
At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, from a SW company or a recruitment agency
Willing to dive into the recruitment processes of one of the most successful international SW engineering companies
Interested to recruit top talent for high tech projects
Passion for technology and software
Proven ability to identify and attract tech talent
Sound knowledge of German IT Market
Knowledge of direct search methods and sources
Experience in in full-cycle recruitment and ability to work independently
Openness and creative approach to recruitment activities
Experience in planning and executing Employer Branding activities
Fluent English (spoken and business writing) and German (spoken and business writing).
Willingness to continuously learn on the tech and non-tech side
Knowledge of other EU IT Markets will be a plus
Job Responsibilities :
Planning and conducting the recruitment process for IT positions, maintaining the recruitment pipeline
Active direct candidate sourcing
Pre-selection of candidates
Organizing, preparing, and conducting technical and non-technical interviews
Initiatives with proposing new ways of reaching candidates
Creating and posting recruitment ads
Building long-term relations with candidates
Supporting Sales and Delivery team through the preparation of analysis and estimations of candidates market
Monitoring of ongoing recruitment projects and providing continuous support for recruitment team and Delivery management
