  • Supervising the work of the team for the customer service
  • Organising everyday duties of the team, managing the schedule
  • Monitoring the quality of the customer service and ensuring high standards in this respect
  • Accustoming to the work recruits and ensuring the system of trainings
  • Monitoring coming requests for the business customer
  • Analysing accessible reports of the scope of the level of the satisfaction of the customer In order to improve the service
  • Identifying the training needs
  • Conducting trainings and the coaching for the current team
  • Creating templates, ready replies etc., in order to ensure the integrity in the communication
  • Wymagania

  • At least 6 months of experience in managing the team
  • At least 3 years of experience In the customer service In the international environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and long-term ability to shape realtions with business partners
  • Commitment to performed tasks and the pro activity
  • Perfect interpersonal abilities and good abilities in the operation of the computer
