Responsibility for managing, mentoring and developing a team of 4-5 HR Analysts
Taking responsibility for effective, high-quality and efficient services, Human Capital analysis, process and reporting support to the HR Business Partner organizations
Driving continuous improvement to service performance and quality of the team
Supporting the HR Business Partner organization in the implementation and execution of HR Core processes
Thinking independently to drive results and creatively solve problems that address business challenges
Fostering collaboration with other team in order to find common solutions and use synergies
Building positive relationships with HR colleagues and subject matter experts
Open to discussing flexible / agile working.
You are advanced Excel and Power Point user
You have at least 5 years of overall experience and around 2 years of experience in a team leader role
You are fluent in English and ideally you are a German speaker as well
You have a broad knowledge of HR processes
You have excellent organization, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
You show strong client orientation and are recognized as a true partner by your Business Partners
