As a Customer Service Representative for the allocated sales channel, you are responsible for the smooth running of the order to cash process.
You are the first customer contact and together with Account Manager, ensure an optimal customer experience.
You will identify commercial opportunities, you will need to know how to use them, take responsibility and, together with the team, ensure an optimal customer experience.
You will be responsible for tracking orders, distributing information and handling complaints.

You are a team player who has a client-oriented approach and a graduate of higher education with at least middle-class education.
Experience in a sales or customer support department (sales assistance) as well as knowledge in using SAP (or other equivalents of ERP) are considered a plus.
