Role Purpose

We are looking for a Finance person, willing to learn and grow in competence, showing autonomy and accountability, keen on engaging into complex situations with multiple stakeholders within the Company.

Controlling Specialist will be fully dedicated to a range of medium and high complexity Customer Project and will work with other Senior Controlling Specialists around the complex ones.

This encompasses projects within Products & Licenses, Business Application as well as Managed Services businesses.

Controlling Specialist will be responsible for financial management of the assigned projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitoring of Revenue recognition, costs allocations, WIPS and accruals; analysis of margins and detection of problems and anomalies.
  • Invoicing and credit notes issuance related to the projects and in compliance with the rules agreed in the Customer contracts.
  • Financial Compliance.
  • Performs the financial processes in according to organizational procedures and policies

  • Decision Making Support.
  • Provides relevant commercial information and analysis to

    the business and strategic issues responsible parties.

  • Monitoring Expenses.
  • Maintains controlling tools to monitor expenses.

    Processes orders of buying, service, rental and leasing deals

  • Maintenance of the projects in the Information systems (SAP modules SD and FICO, Corinth, SDB Database, Decidalo)
  • Problem Solving.
  • Analyzes problems encountered on the Projects, and recommends corresponding solutions.

  • Business Support.
  • Acts as first point of contact with project financial matters to organization's sales and delivery departments.

  • Identification and effective control of financial risks
  • Monitors profitability of assigned project, and ensures the adherence of project plans

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance area,
  • Finance / Accounting university degree
  • Qualified (CIMA, ICAEW, ACCA, CTA and Institute of Corporate Treasurers or equivalent) as strong benefit
  • Accounting knowledge focused on the mechanisms of a P&L, Balance Sheet and IFRS
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in working with SAP (FI / CO / SD modules)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Reliability in communications and figures
  • Able to evolve quickly in the role
  • Sound sense of pro-activity and taking initiative
  • Excellent command of business English
  • Reveal independency and proactive behaviors
