Job Description :

Goal of the position : Team Administrator will be responsible for the conscientious performance of duties in the area of Record To Report processes Cash Application.

Team Administrator provides support to the Team Leader / Senior Team Leader / Manager in dispatching process tasks, coaching, mentoring, guiding team members on key processes, policies, systems training, etc.

Team Administrator helps to ensure business operations continuity while the Team Leader / Manager is not present. The Team Administrator does not have supervisory / management responsibilities for key matters of employment such as EPR or compensation.

  • Team Administrator will provide operational support to the RTR Cash Application. Duties and responsibilities : Team coordination activities : managing daily inflow & other process tasks, setting priorities for the team, handling first level escalations timely;
  • ad hoc tasks assignment and progress monitoring; operational issues reporting to supervisor and follow up action; ensure best practices are shared within the team.

    Operational support of financial activities covering : (Accounts reconciliation review, Projects, Continues Improvements, SOP creation management and supporting, Take part in end to end processes, transition documentation and new developments, Participation in calls and meetings with GSC customers, Other, as might be asked by Team Leader / Manager) Review and analysis which covers SLAs and operational metrics.

    Maintaining a good relationship with customers through the efficient and comprehensive answering questions and proactively addressing issues.

    Effective cooperation with the team, supervisors, other departments of the company and Business Partners. Close cooperation with local and global process experts (e.

    g. APL, GPL organizations). Searching and addressing potential improvements, coordinating GPS updates. Support for audits and compliance requests.

    Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor / Manager and acting as Supervisor backup if needed. Demonstrate initiative and innovation in the workplace.

    Education and experience : 3M RTR experience is a must Higher Education Good knowledge of Cash Application SAP, advanced Excel, advanced knowledge of English language Transition experience is an asset Knowledge and skills : Good analytical skills Excellent communication skills and client orientation Innovative attitude and striving to achieve objectives Team orientation Good presentation skills Attention to details Ability to prioritize tasks.
