Sales Force Leader PSYCHIATRY Location : Poland

Role Overview :

Field Force Leader PSYCHIATRY will be responsible for managing a sales staff in the achievement of pharmaceutical product sales to new and established specialty accounts such as medical specialists, long-

term care facilities or hospices to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Reporting directly to Business Unit Manager;
  • Active participation in CVT meetings;
  • Independent management of the sales team;
  • Appointment and execution of representatives' sales targets;
  • Preparing sales reports needed to settle the work of representatives;
  • Ongoing, in-depth analysis of sales results and all activities related to the work of representatives - identifying threats and proposing solutions within the sales team in order to achieve the assumed quantitative and qualitative goals;
  • Providing constructive feedback to representatives in order to raise their competence level and coaching in sales skills needed to achieve the set sales targets;
  • Motivating the sales team to achieve the best sales results - proposing, creating and implementing motivational tools such as motivational contests;
  • Responsibility for the implementation and execution of a marketing strategy in order to achieve the set sales goals;
  • Responsible and effective management of entrusted operational budget;
  • Observance of regulations, procedures and legal regulations in force at the company;
  • Requirements :
  • University degree;
  • University degree;
  • A minimum of six years of work experience in a pharmaceutical company;
  • Preferred experience in both the open market and hospital market;
  • Minimum four years of experience in managing the sales team;
  • High enforcement skills supported by the implementation of sales targets;
  • High sales skills;
  • Leadership, independence in action, goal orientation;
  • Ability to think analytically;
  • A high sense of responsibility for entrusted tasks according to the proprietary approach to work;
  • Ability to manage the operating budget and to optimize costs.
  • Knowledge of English at the communicative level; Native level of Polish language
  • Driving license. B;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
