Summary of role and objectives :

Transactional services and support :

  • Incidents / ticketing :
  • identification & logging
  • Categorization & prioritization
  • Functional / hierarchical escalation
  • Transactional support :
  • Preparing & printing documents
  • Archiving after ARP
  • Preparing & gathering data
  • Follow-up & reporting
  • First line troubleshooting
  • Other admin (LTI support, preparing communications, )
  • Organizing trainings
  • Role and objectives :

    Manage the ticketing system, identify the different tickets, and log them. Ensure the tickets are correctly categorized and prioritized

    Follow up on ticket solving / completion and escalate to correct functional or hierarchical level

    Monitor and review statistics, trends and reports to determine the effectiveness of the ticketing system

    First-line trouble shooting : cascade and communicate working processes to ensure an embedded, consistent approach

    Responsible for collecting key performance indicator (KPI) data on all aspect of the Annual Review Process or related Compensation & Benefits process

    Perform all administrative tasks needed for the Group Compensation&Benefits team to operate efficiently


  • Bachelor’s degree in management, administration, business with an excellent academic track record;
  • Able to complete quality analytical work on a timely basis with attention to detail;
  • Positive forward-looking mind-set with ability to anticipate needs, prioritize competing deadlines and take initiative;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team player; ability to work independently;
  • Customer service focussed in an international environment;
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint. Ideally understanding of ERP systems and HR tools;
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
