The position is dedicated to :
Elevate organizational capability in category development across CEGB by expanding category first’ mindset and leveraging Cat Man expertise and practices accross CEGB to build even better partnership with our customers in their business growth.
Define and ensure effective implementation of category management strategies across CEGB
Provide category expertise, recommendations in the area of category management and category growth opportunities for pan-
CEGB customers, in a profitable manner.
Main responsibilities are :
Develop a comprehensive Category Growth Plan elevating category management knowledge and expertise across CEGB.
Provide input into channel and customer strategy in collaboration with CEGB Sales Leaders and MU TM Leaders.
Contribute to building partner / win-win relationship with key pan-CEGB customers
Partner with Sales Activation, Revenue Management and Marketing at CEGB level to translate business performance issues and opportunities into cat man related solutions for selected MUs, channels and customers
Proactive seeking of potential chances and opportunities across CEGB using all available data sources as well as active observations
Lead cat man projects with pan-CEGB Key Customers
Qualifications / Requirements
Expectations are :
At least 8 years of experience in Sales, preferably in cat man roles
understand Channel trends and drivers
solid project management and leadership record, at least 2-3 years in managerial position
experienced in preparing and delivering selling stories to trade
excellent relationship building and savvy communication skills
excellent speaker and story-teller, proactive, curious, ability to influence others
excellent presentation skills
empowerment and taking initiative
ability to co-operate cross-functionally and to work beyond boundaries
