Your role

In the role as Customer Onboarding Manager (f / m / d) you are the central interface for all internal and external stakeholders around the customer onboarding process of our polish customers after business is won.

Your primary focus will be project-oriented and you will work closely with the European Implementation Team to ensure that projects are completed on time.

You will

Lead the implementation of selected new customers or new projects of existing customers under the placement of multimodal services, from ramp-up to continuous service delivery

Work cross-functionally and closely with each department from the Sales Team to the Global Supply Chain Team as well as day-to-day operations and the Tech Team

Define and structure the overall scope of the implementation, create a project plan that ensures customers and all relevant internal teams are informed for fulfillment, successfully complete implementations with assessment, and write implementation status summaries and reports

Continuously drive and adjust the project plan and optimize the level of service and quality to the customer while establishing and implementing workable, efficient and universal internal and external solutions

Confirm with our internal procurement team that the appropriate contracts, agreements and requirements are signed and fully executed

You bring

At least 2-3 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, project related work or consulting

Experience in project management; both customer facing and with cross-functional projects

Great communication skills and you feel comfortable interacting with customers and internal stakeholders

A passion for customer success as well as the successful implementation of logistics processes

A sense for identifying opportunities to simplify processes and solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction

Detail orientation and the drive to successfully complete implementations to a high standard of quality

You are fluent in Polish and English
