Responsibilities :
Define and lead the execution of a Safe Launch Plan for NPD and Work Transition projects, based on project risk analysis, lessons learned, 8D reports etc.
Drive the implementation of the Safe Launch process, by developing project specific Safe Launch Plans, including obtaining customer feedback, product and process audits, V-DIVE / MPR, Quality Clinic.
Lead and facilitate team meetings in the application of Safe Launch related methods within the project teams.
Participate in project risk management activities and product and process validation.
Perform product audits per defined audit plan
Required Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Science or Engineering discipline is required. Related field of study or equivalent is acceptable.
Master’s degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience Quality Management, Process Engineering, Operations or Project Management within manufacturing facilities.
Must have proven track record and in-depth knowledge and experience with quality tools and methods, quality management systems and supplier quality management.
Experience with general stage gate program governance and program structures.
Must have proven track record and in-depth knowledge and experience with the application of quality tools and methods in NPD and / or Work Transition projects.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is required. Black Belt is preferred.
Being able to interface effectively with all levels within the company as well as organizations outside the company as needed.
Proven facilitator and coach to bring focus and efficiency. High potential is acceptable.
Proven track record of highly developed leadership skills. High potential is acceptable.
Strong interpersonal skills, such as training / presentation, facilitation, team building and communication.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English & Polish).
Self-starting in multiple disciplines without direct supervision.
